INGREDIENTS wonton skins -1 pack(u can also use samosa sheets) crab meat -1/2 cup worcestershire sauce -1 tsp red chilli sauce - 1-2 drops softened cream cheese - 4 big spoon garlic powder - 1/4-1/2 tsp Oil for frying
METHODS Mix crab, cream cheese, red chilli sauce, garlic powder and Worcestershire. Place 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in a wonton skin. Fold diagonally and fry until golden brown in oil. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce.
