INGREDIENTS
1. Chicken - 1 kg(cut in to small pieces)
2.Onion - 3 large finely sliced
Coriander pdr - 2 tbsp
Chilli pdr - 1 tbsp
Chicken masala - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper -1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp (freshly ground)
lime juice - 1 tbsp
3.Tomato - 1
4.Curry leaf - 1 stalk
5. Oil - 3tbsp
6. Salt
METHOD
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients under no:2 with 2 tbsp oil and salt.Mix them with hand so that onions gets little bit crushed and all masala's binds well.To this add chicken pieces and again mix well with hand until chicken pieces are fully coated with the masala.keep this aside for half an hour.Heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil in a large pan add the chicken along with masala mixture and add curry leaves on top of this.Mix well.Cover and cook.When chicken is half done add sliced tomatoes,mix well cover and cook again until chicken is fully done.Serve hot with plain riceLabels: CHICKEN-CURRY, KERALA-NONVEG-RECIPES
