KERALA FISH FRY




INGREDIENTS
1. Any medium size fish - 4 to 5 pieces(i used salmon)
2. Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
    Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder - a pinch
    Lime juice - 1 to 2 tsp
    Curry leaves - 1 strand
    Salt
3.Oil for frying

METHOD

Grind together number 2 ingredients in to a smooth  paste adding 2 tsp water.Marinate fish in this paste for half an hour.Shallow fry fish in oil.

NOTE:
(you can change the  quantity of chilly powder according to taste.Curry leaves can be added to the pan while frying fish instead of grinding together with spices)
