1.potato - 1 large
2.capsicum - 1
3.tomato- 2 medium
4.onion - 1 medium
5.ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

6.cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
7.bay leaf - 1
8.cinnamon - 1 small piece

9.chilly powder - 1 tsp
   jeera powder - 1 tsp
   coriander powder - 1tbsp
   salt to taste
11.coriander leaves

Chop potato ,capsicum ,tomatoes and onion in to small cubes.Heat oil in a pan splutter cumin seeds then add bay leaf  and cinnamon. Add ginger garlic paste saute for  few minutes.Add chopped onions,saute till it becomes soft.Then add tomatoes .Make a paste of number 9 ingredients with 1 tbsp water.Pour this paste to the pan.Fry for some time till oil starts to separate.Add potato cubes and fry for  few minutes till masala is coated well on potato.Add 1 cup water cover the pan and cook.when the potatoes are almost done add capsicum cook again for 5 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.
