Though i am not a great fan of banana i can guaranty you guys that this one is a winner. D makes this everyday after he comes back from gym.Every day he asks me to taste this and i refuses to .Two days back i took the courage to take a sip and voila! it tastes great .So i thought of sharing it with u guys .He uses protien drink mix with it but here in this recipe i have replaced it with bournvita. This is a very simple recipe and also great for breakfast.
Banana - 1 ripe
Strawberry - 4 to 5
milk - 1 cup
Bournvita - 1 tbsp
sugar/ honey (i used sugar)
Chop banana,strawberry put it in a blender along with milk ,bournvita ,sugar and crushed ice .Blend it and a great smoothie is ready..
