Spinach - 2 cups finely chopped
onion - 1 cup finely chopped
Ginger -garlic paste - 1tsp
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients.Add 3-4 tbsp water to the bowl mix well.Batter should be of thick consistency .Heat oil in a pan ,take small amount of batter with spoon or hand and drop it in to the oil .Deep fry until golden brown.Serve hot with coriander chutney.
