Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 2 medium
Kashmiri Chilli powder - As required 
Corriander powder - 1 tbsp
Paneer /Cottage cheese - 2 cups cubed
Matar / Green peas - 1 cup
Garam masala - 1 tsp 
Dry Fenugreek leaves/Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required


Grind tomato and onion in to smooth paste ,Keep aside. In a pan heat oil splutter cumin seeds. To this add ginger garlic paste and the ground onion tomato paste. Saute till the raw smell goes away. Add chilli powder, corriander powder and salt. Saute till oil starts to separate. Add peas and 1/2 cup water cover and cook. Once peas is cooked and soft add paneer pieces saute for 1 minute. To this finally add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well.
