STRAWBERRY PUDDING CAKE

INGREDIENTS
Makes - 6 servings
Source - Better Homes Cookbook

Eggs - 2 lightly beaten
Granulated sugar - 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoons
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Baking powder  - 1/2 teaspoon
Strawberries sliced - 2 cups



METHOD

Preheat oven to 400F.Coat baking pan with butter.In a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt.Whisk until frothy.Add milk until combined well. Add all purpose flour and baking powder combine well to get a smooth mix.Mix in berries to this.Pour batter in to the greased baking pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
