Ingredients
Chicken legs - 5
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons / to taste
Pepper powder - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons
Roasted fennel powder - 1 teaspoon
Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt
oil - 1 table spoon + enough to fry
Method
Clean chicken by removing skin and extra fat , Slit chicken legs. Mix all the ingredients listed above in 1 tablespoon oil. Add chicken to this marinade, mix well. Keep covered in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Deep fry in oil till golden brown/ until chicken gets cooked.
You can also shallow fry/grill the chicken legs in few teaspoons of oil for a healthier version
