Lemon - 4 to 5
Garlic -15 cloves
Green chilli - 1 
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Fenugreek powder - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon 
Vi negar - 2 teaspoons
mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoons
Gingely oil - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves - 1 to 2 stalk
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 teaspoons


Wash and pat dry lemon with a cotton cloth. In a steamer put these lemons and steam them for about 10 minutes or until soft. Now cut these lemon in to wedges mix salt and keep aside

In a pan add gingely oil , splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now add garlic cloves and green chilly ,cook till it becomes soft. Reduce the heat to low and add all dry powders. Saute for a minute. Add vinegar and water to this. 

Bring it to a boil. now add lemon wedges and sugar. Check for salt. Add more if needed. Mix everything well. Off the stove and transfer it to an airtight container.
