VEGETABLE CUTLET



Ingredients

Potato - 2 boiled and mashed
green peas - 1/4 cup
mixed vegetables chopped - 1/2 cup (carrot , beans)
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoons crushed in a mortar pestle 
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread crumbs - 1 cup 
Maida/All purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
Water - 1/4 cup or enough to make a thick paste of maida 
Salt

Method

Boil potato with little salt , peel the skin mash it and keep aside. Boil green peas ,carrot and beans with salt, let it cool down. Squeeze out excess water out of the vegetables.  Make a paste of all purpose flour with 1/4 cup water keep aside. In a bowl mix together boiled potatoes and vegetables add chilli powser , crushed cumin, garam masala, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, Salt (if more is needed). make oval patties out of the mixture. Dip it in the batter , coat with rest of the bread crumbs. Fry the patties in oil. You can either deep fry or shallow fry them. Serve with ketchup
