INGREDIENTS
For Masala:
Potatoes - 2 medium
Onion - 1 large
Carrot cubed -1 small
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt
For Tempering
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida -pinch
Curry leaves
METHOD
Boil potatoes and carrot with little salt mash them and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan ,add tempering ingredients.Fry till it starts spluttering.Add onion ,green chillies and ginger to this fry till onion is cooked.Add mashed potato ,carrot and little water mix well and cook for 2 minutes.Remove from flame and keep aside.Make dosa ,fill it with potato masala, roll it and serve hot with chutney
